Shipping and returns
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days of payment confirmation.
All effort is taken to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition without any damages.
Due to the nature of the products and the current situation we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds.
For packages received in damaged condition please send photos and details to ateliertessie@gmail.com
Returns, exchanges and replacement of items will not be entertained unless due to damages caused by our negligence.
